All Digital Mechanics’ services are subscription based and as our customer you gain unlimited access to our free form modeling machines, to our business partners and to our development resources at a discounted rate.
 
When utilising FDM or PolyJet technology for manufacture you pay only a preset volume price for the material used to manufacture your articles. For manufacture utilising other free form methods such as SLA, SLS, silicone tools and prototype castings we offer you discounted prices via our business partners.
 
As a subscriber you gain security of supply via a delivery guarantee, a fixed volume price so that you can predict the cost of your articles as well as easy to use and competent technical support when selecting the right type of free form production. As a subscriber you can also simplify and rationalise your procurement routines thus gaining reduced costs.

Materials available


The material used in FDM techniques is available in different colours thus enabling the model to more exactly mirror the original from the start. 

White is used as standard today and is always in stock, other colours can be obtained within two working days

FDM                       


The FDM process involves the heating of thermoplastic in thread form to close to its melting point and then its extrusion in horizontal layers on a build surface in accordance with the paths generated by an STL file.

Polyjet                          


One could say that the PolyJet process is a development of the SLA-process. A photopolymer fluid is sprayed according to a geometry generated by an STL- file, just like a dot-matrix printer.
