Easy is the byword when ordering from us as a subscriber; just email your CAD file to us. If you already know the material, layer thickness, colour etc. that you want the part made in, just include that information in the message. If you have not decided which material to use, we will contact you to discuss your options based on the intended use of the part and to give you an exact price and delivery time.

If you have very large files please contact us so that we can give you an FTP address where you will be able to upload the files directly.

A few simple pointers to speed up delivery:
• Ensure that the CAD-model is a so-called solid model (surface models are not possible)
• Ensure that the file format is of a general type, e.g. Iges, Parasolid or Step
• Ensure that you attach the complete delivery and invoicing addresses
