FDM
ABS:
Thermoplastic with high impact strength and flexibility, is available in nine different colors. If you want a specific color code it can also be solved.
Absi:
A slightly transparent thermoplastic with high impact strength and finer texture than standard ABS material.
ABS-M30:
ABS-M30 is a further development of the existing ABS material with, among
another 30% more strength.
PC
Very rigid, tough thermoplastic with high melting temperature. Only available in white color.
PC-ISO
A medical plastic that complies with ISO 10993-1. The plastic can be steamed or sterilized by chemical means.
PolyJet The materials used for the PolyJet technology is in the thermosetting plastics. Curing is done by fotopolymeren illuminated with UV light. The materials are available in different colors.
Transparent:
A clean transparent thermosetting plastics with high hardness.
VeroWhite:
Lends itself very well to the details that require a high surface finish. Used by default, unless you specifically ask for any other material.
VeroBlue:
Blue hard plastic, which is the most durable material we can offer for the manufacturing of our Objetmaskin.
VeroBlack:
Black hard plastic.
DurusWhite:
PP-like material which is for example appropriate for snappers. The material has an elongation of 44%.
Tango Gray:
Gray rubber-like material, hardness 75° Shore A.
TangoBlack:
Black rubber-like material, hardness 61° Shore A.
Tango Plus:
Transparent (Tango Plus) or black (BlackTango Plus) rubber-like material, hardness 27° Shore A. The material has an elongation of 218%.
Digital material:
Two PolyJet material in the same detail or a mixture of these materials. The mixture results in new materials with unique properties. This allows you to have parts in the part that is white hard (Verowhite), you can have clean rubber surfaces shore 27 A (TangoBlack Plus) you can have sealing features of 85 shore A (DM9885) and you can have functional snaps into DM8530 and you can also put a text in the white party with the DM8530, which is dark gray.
Z Corporation is a technology that uses plaster composites to create
realistic details. The technology provides details in white or in four-color with 24 bit resolution.
The details can then be selected to be hardened for brighter colors and enhanced durability.
This technique is used to create parts to see the final result
at an early stage in the development process and is extremely suitable for example architecture.
The material is available in two coating thicknesses, 0.102 mm and 0.089 mm.
Ultem
Ultem is a very strong gold-colored material that is capable
heat up to 167°. Ultem is also resistant to certain chemicals.
The material is V0 rated for fire, smoke and toxicity and is very versatile
well function tests and details where you need a strong and durable material.
