Rapid Snapping is a new construction method available via our website that calculates the maximum bending stress that a plastic part is subjected to for a given pressure. This enables you to see if your plastic part is correctly dimensioned or if it needs to be altered. This function can even calculate the stress tolerances for tapered parts.
When using Rapid Snapping you feed in your data and then select a free formed or injection moulded plastic of a quality matching your specifications. Rapid Snapping improves the functionality of your plastic prototypes and increases the quality of your mass produced parts. Rapid Snapping helps you to correctly dimension your part right from the very beginning.
